My pulled hamstring is not troubling me any more, but I won’t be in the top 10! Training for this event has certainly taught me how to prepare for the next one though!
A Week to Go: Ian Sadler
Just a few days to go now, and I’m injury free and feeling really strong. Speed over the course may be a little slower than I was hoping for, but we’ll see.
