Most of our patients self-refer, but clinicians are also welcome to send patients to us by using this website’s secure form above, or by post. We work with an increasing number of partners, and regularly receive referrals from physiotherapists, GPs, osteopaths and chiropractors. We regularly provide out-of-hours, CPD creditable training to registered clinicians such as physiotherapists, so if you or your practice are interested in joining a programme, please register your interest using this secure form.
